The MN4164P-15A is a NMOS 65,536 × 1 bit dynamic RAM. System oriented features include operation from a single +5V ±10% tolerance power supply, direct TTL interfacing capability, onchip addresses and data registers which eliminate the need for interface registers, and two chip select methods to allows the user to determine the appropriate speed/power characteristics of the MN4164P-15A.
